Music outreach (grades 7-12)
Music topics are covered in workshops that are individually designed or adapted for the group or room size and the pupils' proficiency level, in coordination with the school teachers.
Workshops:
- Preparation for and post-processing of concerts and visits to the opera
- Interpretations of scenes from music theater (Turandot, Don Giovanni, The Flying Dutchman, Der Freischütz, La Bohéme, etc.)
- "Was is ein Leitmotiv?", a workshop exploring the concept of leitmotif
- Composing film music
- Music on tablet computers, different apps and computer programs are presented so that participants can create their own music and try things out
- Music & Art workshops
- Workshops on specific topics are possible upon request
